Software Java Engineer

As part of the Stock Exchange Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the back-end development of our cutting-edge products. In this role as a Senior Java Developer, your contributions will help shape the future of trading technology.

What You Will Do
- Develop high-performance back-end solutions using Java 8/11+ and Spring Boot
- Enhance trading GUIs and ensure applications meet strict security and regulatory standards
- Translate user and business requirements into innovative, reliable solutions
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders in an Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying Java best practices and clean code principles
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Java development experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/OpenShift), Docker, and relational databases (MySQL, JPA)
- Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging systems; basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
- Strong testing skills (JUnit, Mockito) and experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in capital markets or trading systems; experience is a bonus, not a must
