To help us realize our ambition of becoming a global leading financial information provider, we are recruiting a Customer Support Agent with a genuine passion for data, knowledge in technical migrations, thorough financial markets experience, possessing an inspiring can-do attitude.

Your Mission

With a firm base in your financial markets expertise, including domain knowledge within the customer types and their activities in the areas of Asset Servicing/Back office, Middle Office, Portfolio/Fund Management and Investment Advisory you will be able to leverage your thorough understanding of Support and your customer centric mindset to the max. 

As a Customer Support Agent, you will work across our global product portfolio supporting clients directly . You will be part of a team that collects feedback from sales and our clients, consolidates the information and creates insights and analytics that makes products and sales thrive and grow. You will have a key role in supporting technical (IT) driven changes and migrations and be the link between Customer Support and our customers. You are capable of alternating between team and autonomous work, you are sensitive to cultural differences and leverage your communication and negotiation skills to establish networks among possible providers and consumers of the information you are responsible for. Geared with input from both internal and external clients, you will consolidate information on all SIX offerings into the Global Product Catalog and making sure our internal communication is effective and of the best quality. 



 

 

 

What you will do

 

•    Ability to interview, observe, analyze and document user needs or technical workflows 
•    Ability to elaborate, present and secure stakeholders’ buy-in into vision
•    Experience in financial market, reference data, corporate actions, pricing, and regulatory compliance operating in a relevant job role
•    Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple manner
•    Fluent in Danish and English; proficiency in Swedish or any other language, such as German, French is an asset
