As a SIX Customer Support Agent, you are in a central position to significantly influence the service experience of our customers located in Luxembourg and globally. Together with your local and global colleagues, you ensure that our customers receive high-quality, competent and timely support regarding our data, products and services.

 

 

What You Will Do 

  • support and manage the operational relationship with our customers
  • provide high quality and timely responses to customer requests, ensuring proper end-to-end request handling
  • conduct root cause analysis of customer issues, detect patterns to problems and engage in their sustainable resolution
  • as part of our global network, support follow-the-sun customers and ensure continuity in our customer incident communication
  • support business growth by engaging with new customers, products, services and SIX initiatives
 

What You Bring 

  • background in customer support in a similar field or by working at a data vendor, customer buyside, bank or custodian
  • understanding of various financial data asset classes and enthusiasm to learn about financial markets, data and technical issues around the SIX products and services
  • interest in continuous learning and development to ensure service excellence and (technical) support across our global product and data portfolio
  • possess an analytical, investigative and solution-driven mindset
  • strong customer orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills (oral & written English). German/French/Dutch is an advantage
