Our Data Operations department of SIX Financial Information Luxembourg SA is specialized in the procurement, regulations, processing and distribution of international financial information. Regardless of their source and format, we deliver the data in a standardized form to facilitate the work of our customers. Within our organization, we are looking for a Specialist Data Quality (m/f)
As Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day activities surrounding our data operations data management, quality control and dissemination of data to end users/products via our extensive product offering together with ensuring coordination with multiple actors. You will focus on developing, maintaining and strengthening SIX Financial Information relationships with existing clients and business partners by exceeding client expectations in terms of pro-activity, responsiveness to needs, quality of execution, professionalism and client driven approach. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing service and improvement model.
What You Will Do
- Checking and dispatching of various e-mails (dividends, corporate actions, pricing, …) mostly fund related
- Answering client requests
- Managing incidents via our dedicated tools
- Quality related checks such as dashboards, various reports, monitoring lists
- Participate in data quality specific projects
What You Bring
- Fluent in English and French is required (spoken and written), Luxembourgish is an asset
- A client-driven attitude at all time (pro-activity and professionalism)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Quality and detail consciousness
- Excellent team player, while able to work autonomously
- Demonstrate initiative and take ownership
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated
