Office Assistant & Local HR Contact (Benelux) 
This role reports to Local Country Head (LCH) and Human Resources France.
The purpose of the role is to support the LCH with the overall management and of the offices in the Benelux, more frequently the Luxembourg office where the position is based 100% on-site. 
The role also requires the individual to be contact for all HR administrative / non-administrative tasks not relating to payroll. 



What You Will Do 

  • work with administration manager to support the handling of invoices, creation of purchase orders and payment approvals for all our suppliers in the Benelux
  • prepare monthly credit card statements: distribution to employees, follow-up signatures, liaise with accounting, archiving, follow up on stocks supplies for the office, etc
  • organise events for employees (team building, round tables and yearly events), prepare meeting rooms (order lunches, etc.) 
  • you will be a contact person for our employees, gathering requests and reporting them back to HR in France 
  • support the security and sales with the organisation of events, reception of visitors and compliance reports

  • excellent verbal and written skills in English and in French, minimum level B2 (ideal in addition: Dutch - reading and writing emails with suppliers in The Netherlands), office social language: Luxembourgish, French & German
