To strengthen the execution of our Customer Support Strategy, the Transformation & Quality Management unit assists the global support organization in addressing and improving several key areas, including Skills & Knowledge, Quality and Process Management, Tools and Automation from the definition to the implementation, ongoing review and improvement. As a Specialist in Digital Transformation, your responsibilities encompass identifying, implementing, and maintaining processes and tools utilized by the support organization to simplify daily operations, enhance efficiency, and to support reporting requirements by leveraging the latest technology including GenAI.

 

 

What you will do

  • identify, implement and maintain processes and tools to improve efficiency and transparency

  • collaborate and align with various stakeholders across the wider SIX organization

  • lead automation and identify use cases to simplify daily operations, analyze incoming customer requests to derive optimization

  • support in creating KPIs for better monitoring and transparency

  • develop and maintain relevant documentation as well as training material, including managing authorizations and permissions to various tools

What you bring

  • excellent analytical skills and problem solver

  • able to conceptualize and drive solutions which you can clearly communicate in a structured way across SIX’ locations.

  • you have solid IT knowledge, including writing and reading software programs. Knowledge of JSON, Unix and network experience is an advantage. ITSM and/or Power BI knowledge is a big plus

  • you show high degree in customer focus and service orientation, you are positive, innovative, curious and motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • you enjoy building relationships with various stakeholders and closely collaborate with internal experts, customers, and external partners
