Head Product Platform Management

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in financial data management from a product platform and technology point of view? Are you client-centric, have a good understanding of customers’ and market expectations and requirements? Do you possess excellent people & communication skills and the desire to influence others and drive change?
We are looking for a skilled individual like you to join the Product Development management team and lead a team of Product Platform Specialists who are in charge of shaping, evangelizing, and delivering on the continuous evolution and transformation of our core market data product platforms to make them futureproof and better aligned with our strategic aspirations at SIX Financial Information. To help you achieve your goals, you will have the support of the market data product management team, and will benefit from partnering with development, support/operations, project management, architects and sales/sales consultants as required.
This is a full-time position based in London, Paris or Zurich, with the opportunity for remote work 60% of the time as part of our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do
- establish a solid understanding by means of SWOT analysis of our current real-time, historical and end-of-day platform capabilities, highlighting areas for improvements based on business needs
- help shape our core product platform strategy from a stability, performance, competitiveness, capacity and scalability perspective; work with your team to develop practical roadmaps to execute accordingly
- communicate the strategy from top management to development teams and other key stakeholders
- collaborate with product, development and support/operations teams to validate assumptions and findings, solidify the plans and help execute through established processes in the SIX Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- engage with sales, sales consultants and customer support team to support high-profile, pre- and post-sales activities; ensure the platform roadmaps ultimately improve the customer experience in line with our growth strategy
What You Bring
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Information industry in a product management role
- hands-on, in-depth knowledge of technology and infrastructure from a Financial Data vendor perspective
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- great leadership and people management skills
- a doer's spirit, motivational, inquisitive
