Relationship Manager for European, UK and Irish Funds Market

Manage the relationship with the funds manufacturers and/or their mandated agents for the dissemination of their data with a specific focus on the sourcing of static/reference data, documents, ESG and Full Holdings (TPT).
You are an experienced Relationship Manager and use your primary tools (virtual meetings or phone) to engage with Asset Managers and successfully build and maintain relationships with them. You have previous experience in an outbound sales/procurement environment and have been able to achieve challenging targets.
You will represent the company and make outbound calls to Asset managers in Europe, UK and Ireland to increase our data coverage. You will receive intensive training on our products and guidance on how to reach the Asset Managers in focus.
What You Will Do
- act as a key member of the Direct Sourcing Funds team, using virtual connection tools and phone to manage relationship with Asset Managers
- establish and manage business relationship with Funds Companies and Asset Managers – with the focus to support sourcing opportunities for funds with domicile in Europe, UK and Ireland (MIFID, ESG, documents, Static Data, Full Holdings [TPT], NAVs etc.)
- prioritize the onboarding according to customer requests, customers portfolios, regulation, strategy requirements. Maximize opportunities to onboard new funds data (proactively ask for additional data, offer SIX as a platform to provide information to banks and wealth managers)
- assess the quality and the completeness of the incoming data flow to be implemented and align with the mapping team the success of the onboarding
- enrich and update internal administration tool / database (LIMA) with all the information related to the supplier : contacts, perimeter, type of data supplied
What You Bring
- education level: Graduate Business Administration or similar (e.g. Business School)
- experience: 4-6 years’ experience in funds of the specific market, demonstrated expertise in funds and with a network of fund management companies, fund administrators, custodians, technical agent. Specific expertise on the German, Irish and UK markets would be a nice to have
- specific skills: good knowledge of standardized templates like EMT, EPT, TPT, EET, openfunds, good skills in portfolios, NAVs calculation and fund administration expertise would be an asset
- good MS Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to convince people / data suppliers / partners. Confident communicator with excellent telephone etiquette able to establish, build and maintain relationships with Asset Managers
