 Senior Product Manager (ESG)

SIX Financial Information is looking for an experienced sustainability/sustainable finance expert, and an excellent team player, to join SIX’ newly-created ESG Product Management Team in London. The role will be focused on the development and promotion of innovative sustainability data concepts, solutions and services. The role will be based at our London office with a hybrid working model in place (office and home). 

 

 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Join ESG Product Management Team and drive the development, expansion and roll-out of SIX’ ESG data marketplace and new proprietary SIX ESG offering (2023 ff.)
  • Undertake (ESG) research, policy, market and content analysis on the latest ESG/sustainability developments and trends in the global financial markets
  • Execute on the ESG Product Roadmap, work with customers and stakeholders to document user/persona workflows, uncover market trends and needs, partner with cross-functional teams including SIX Commercial, Research, Technology, Marketing, Project Management to bring products to the CHF / European / UK and global market
  • Develop, direct and implement SIX ESG product life cycle management activities, from validation, to concept/approach and method, to implementation, to go-to-market for proprietary 
  • Oversee go-to-market efforts for SIX proprietary ESG product suite such as product marketing- collateral and external engagement and consultation activities 

 

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree or more
  • 7+ years of Product Management/Development experience within the financial industry
  • Strong understanding of conventional and alternative ESG data and analytics, ESG metrics and methods, ESG frameworks, standards, taxonomies and approaches
  • Proven track record and experience working with and building out ESG datasets, metrics/methods and frameworks, i.e. background working with E (GHG emissions, Biodiversity, or other environmental etc) or S (human rights, human capital mgt., supply chain etc), and/or G (board or corporate governance, business conduct and ethics etc) datapoints and (net) impact assessments
  • Experience with ESG market, i.e. market trends, needs, competitive landscape, methodologies, regulatory landscape et al.
  • Very good verbal and written skills in German or French are a plus
