During an 18-month journey, you will work in four different departments - one of them as an international assignment in Switzerland.

What You Will Do
- You will spend your first placement in the Sales & Relationship Management Spain department within the Exchange business unit.
- You will support Sales & Relationship Management Spain through market analysis, strategy, client‑meeting preparation, and execution of commercial and event initiatives that reinforce BME’s market positioning
- You choose the remaining three rotations yourself: whether in the stock exchange, securities services, or financial information, as long as they are within the scope of your specialization.
- You will enhance your profile in business development and sales at SIX and BME through on- and off-the-job training.
- You will receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging their experience to support your learning and development.
What You Bring
- Completed or soon-to-be-completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (by summer), preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field, from a university.
- Initial relevant work experience, for example through internships or a working student position.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with the ability to understand and resolve complex issues.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Very good written and verbal Spanish and English skills; additional languages are a strong asset.
