During this 18-month journey, you will work in four different departments, including an international assignment in Zurich, Switzerland. What You Will Do 

  • You will spend your first placement in the Real-Time Market Data team where we build and operate systems that process and distribute financial data with very low latency.
  • You will work closely with experienced engineers on system monitoring, observability, and Python-based automation, while also gaining exposure to high-performance C++ applications used in real-time financial environments.
  • You can choose the remaining three rotations yourself from the wide range of departments within our corporate IT.
  • Receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance your learning and development.
  • Expand your professional horizons with initial work experiences abroad in Switzerland, and build a robust network across the company through diverse placements.

 

What You Bring

  • Completed or soon-to-be-completed Master’s degree (by summer) preferably in the field of Computer Science,  Business Information Technology or similar at a university.
  • First relevant working experience e.g. as working student or with an internship.
  • Good practical knowledge of Python, with the ability to write clear scripts and you bring a basic understanding of Linux environments and Git.
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as Elastic, Grafana, or similar platforms.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, a willingness to learn new skills, and a positive, outgoing personality. High sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
  • Very good written and verbal Spanish and English (C1 level)
