We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager based in our Las Rozas de Madrid office.

 

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the proper implementation of Business Continuity Management precautions and controls.  
  • Coordinates the process of drawing up the Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Strategies and Business Continuity Plan.  
  • Organize and carry out assessments of business continuity capability of their time-critical business processes (provision of evidence, business continuity exercises and tests).  
  • Implement training and awareness measures and report the BCM lifecycle results to stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to create a business continuity culture.  

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, business administration or similar. Experience in Banking or financial sector. 
  • Knowledge in ITC operations and or risk management and experience in risk analysis: risk evaluation, mitigation plans, and control definitions. 
  • BCM certification (CBCI, Lead Auditor ISO 22301, CBCM or equivalent. 
  • Familiarity with business continuity program life cycle plans and deliverables (e.g., risk assessments, BIAs, business continuity strategy, disaster recovery plans, business continuity plan, etc.) is essential. 
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp and understand business unit risks. Strong analytical skills required to organize and analyze multiple, complete data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
