SIX Clearing is the area in SIX BSS post-trading business unit, including both CCPs of SIX group, BME Clearing and SIX x-Clear, and covering multi-asset clearing: Financial Derivatives, Energy Derivatives, IRS, Cash Equities and Repo. 
Within the SIX Clearing Architecture team you will work in an international and dynamic team, with expertise in clearing systems, products and services and will have the opportunity to participate in projects involving Clearing, collaborating with other areas such as Product, Risk, Operations and IT. 


What Will You Do

  • be part of the team that manages interaction and coordination between other Clearing Business areas and IT, in an Agile environment
  • work for clearing systems upgrading, change and projects with regulatory, risk and growth focus impacting Clearing 
  • business analysis for new products, clearing services and any other business requirements, and  elaboration of functional specifications to be delivered to IT for implementation
  • definition of Test Cases and execution and monitoring of business testing just before Operations or Risk teams are involved, ensuring proper testing before deployment into Production environment

What Do You Bring

  • bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration. A postgraduate degree or specific trainings in Financial Markets will be an asset
  • a minimum of 3 years in the financial sector, in the postrading or back office area, having interest and knowledge of financial markets and financial products
  • high English and Spanish level, both written and spoken 
  • knowledge of agile methodology will be considered as a plus 
  • good command of Office tools and some knowledge of databases (especially Excel, VBA, SQL) will be highly valuable
  • thorough, proactive and decisive person, with an analytical and methodical mindset, having also good communication and teamwork, problem-solving, ownership and organizational skills
