 Customer & Onboarding Lead - Regtech (with German)

Do you enjoy leading complex client onboardings where trust, clarity and execution matter? Join our RegTech team and help financial institutions successfully adopt SaaS solutions for Transaction Cost Analysis, Best Execution and Trade Surveillance.

This is a senior customer-facing role with a strategic focus on DACH clients. You will work with compliance, operations, IT and business stakeholders, coordinating internally with Product, Engineering, Support and Sales. As our platforms evolve faster through AI-augmented delivery, human trust, expectation management and delivery credibility become even more important.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead complex customer onboardings from planning to successful production adoption.
  • Serve as a reliable escalation point for client questions and issues, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication and proper assessment of root causes and impact.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support and Sales to ensure clear commitments and reliable delivery.
  • Understand client workflows, data requirements, operational constraints and regulatory expectations.
  • Support demos, RFPs, client workshops and service reviews with credible product and operational knowledge.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and help turn them into product, process or tooling improvements.

What You Bring

  • Strong client-facing experience with financial institutions, ideally in SaaS, RegTech, market data or financial technology.
  • Professional-level German and fluent English; Spanish or French are an advantage.
  • Ability to build trust with compliance officers, IT teams, operations specialists and senior stakeholders.
  • Structured project and onboarding management skills.
  • Calm authority, ownership mindset and excellent communication in complex situations.
  • Interest in financial markets, regulation, technology and long-term customer success
