 Development and Training Junior Technician

We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our HR Global Team as Learning & Development Junior Technician, who will be part of our HR Learning Global Team.
We are offering a temporary contract with BME and the role will be based in Madrid

We are a global, multidisciplinary, and collaborative team that provides the best service to our internal customer by supporting their training needs and creating a quality Training Plan adapted to the company’s business environment.


What You Will Do

•    Support in the preparation of the Training Plan and in the coordination of unplanned training activities, both locally and globally.
•    End-to-end management and follow up of training activities:

  • Contact with suppliers
  • Registration and maintenance of training activities in the LMS
  • Support to trainers and participants: Registrations, notifications, sending of material, incident management, assistance and counselling, control and follow up, etc.
  • Invoicing management and follow-up
  • Documentary control for Fundae bonuses in local training activities

•    Support for the marketing and communication strategy of the L&D Department
•    Give support and back-up to all the functions developed in the Learning and Development Department. 
•    Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives in our projects and events.

What You Bring

•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English. German is a plus.
•    University Degree. HR Master’s Degree is desirable. 
•    Experience in a L&D role
•    Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solution
•    Pro-activeness, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to try out new solutions
•    Self-organizational, detail-oriented, time management skills as well as ability to learn fast. 
•    Teamwork orientation and eagerness to support others in their work.
