We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the BME FX Spot Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the day-to-day activities of our FX trading platform, ensuring seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do
- oversee the smooth running of the trading platform and coordinate with IT for new releases
- supervise the execution of FX trading operations and resolve incidents promptly
- implement and improve operational processes to maximize platform efficiency
- follow-up on the onboarding of new customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- support the General Manager in developing strategies and plans
- ensure the platform's compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
What You Will Bring
- proven experience in managing FX trading platforms or similar financial services at least for 2 years
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- familiarity with IT processes related to trading platforms
- ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- dedication to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in the FX market
