Full Stack Engineer

Are you passionate about modern technology and motivated to build reliable financial market infrastructure? Do you thrive in an agile, self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation guide the way? Then our software development team would like to hear from you. We develop and operate the TriParty Agent (TPA), a critical financial infrastructure for Switzerland, and your primary focus will be software development on our Collateral Cockpit. You will work in an agile feature team alongside business analysts, software engineers, and test engineers, contributing to production-ready solutions through close collaboration and clear delivery practices.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and enhance end-to-end features for our platform, writing clean, testable code across front-end and back-end components
- Operate and improve a resilient, business-critical system as part of a software development team, with a focus on stability, performance, and recoverability
- Build and refine continuous integration and delivery pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments for reliable, repeatable releases
- Collaborate in an agile team to plan, implement, and deliver new features
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Java (17+), Spring Boot, relational databases, and modern tools such as Ansible; comfortable adopting state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks as needed
- Practical experience deploying and running applications on OpenShift, including container-based workloads, continuous integration and delivery, and day-to-day operations
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative setup, demonstrating customer focus, ownership, and trust in day-to-day delivery
- High level of self-motivation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of building sustainable, well-tested, and maintainable software fluent in English (both verbal & writing)
