BME is the infrastructure of all the securities markets and financial systems in Spain and is owned by SIX.


Are you passionate about Human Resources and interested in the financial industry? Then our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for Recruiting and Employer Branding, wants to hear from you!  

We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department for a 6-months internship, where you can put into practice everything you are learning in your degree or master.

You will be providing hands-on Employer Branding support to help drive our international Talent Acquisition strategy to the next level. You will also be working closely with our internal and external partners, such as our Communication department or universities and collaborating in our recruiting processes. 



What You Will Do

  • organize different HR-events where BME and SIX will be present (e.g. university events) together with our Employer Branding team
  • support in creating strategic marketing material (presentations, blogs, intranet pages, fact sheets etc.) according to the Talent Acquisition strategy 
  • assist in or directly lead Talent Acquisition projects and Employer Branding initiatives
  • collaborate across the whole recruitment process
  • ad hoc support for the Talent Acquisition team 

What You Bring

  • be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, communications or a master's degree in HR
  • first experience in Employer Branding/Recruiting or Marketing/Communications will be valuable
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills 
  • proactive and creative mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • fluent verbal and written Spanish and English. German will be a plus
