 Head Market Data Distribution

As Head of Market Data Distribution, you will lead the in-house platform that delivers market data to internal and external consumers. You will guide a distributed team, ensuring the performance, stability, and continuous evolution of our distribution services. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will help define the road-map and drive execution to meet business and technical objectives. 

What You Will Do

• Define and evolve the product vision together with the Product Manager, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure low-latency, high-availability, and cost-efficient market data distribution across all consuming platforms.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across regions, ensuring clear communication, requirements coordination, and service expectations.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including automation, performance optimization, and architectural improvements.
• Oversee team activities, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience in managing technical teams, ideally within data or platform services.
• Solid knowledge of market data distribution services and platforms.
• Strong product ownership mindset, with the ability to balance technical priorities and business needs.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure, performance, and large-scale data delivery systems.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or German is an advantage.
