IT Audit & Risk Coordinator

If you have strong analytical skills, combined with an inquisitive nature, and would like to enhance your knowledge and expertise of IT and Business processes, we would welcome you to join us as IT Audit and Risk Coordinator. We are looking for a motivated, forward-thinking professional to represent and coordinate the many and diverse Governance, Risk and Compliance topics impacting the IT side of the Securities Services business at SIX. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience as IT Auditor or IT Risk Manager and will be willing to work on these topics from the perspective of the first line of defense, being part of the Program and Service Management team.

What You Will Do
- Overall management of the GRC activities of the whole area (internal audits, external audits and assessments, risk management) from LoD1 perspective, coordinating with other LoD1, LoD2, and LoD3 stakeholders
. - GRC assurance activities:
- Planning, conduction, communication, interviews, reporting
- Apply knowledge to identify stakeholders
- Manage topics in scope and deepness
- Steer through the interviews and walkthroughs
- Evidence collection and creation
- Rationalize findings and help steer findings within the Securities Services IT area
- Assure the correctness of findings and that right people are addressed with the right deadlines
- Identify dependencies and blocking points for the area
- Guide and coach the Securities Services IT area on methodologies and best practices on the GRC activities under his/her responsibility.
- Work in a cross, global and interdisciplinary team that has visibility and control on all the initiatives of the Securities Services IT area.
- Identify and propose improvements and support their implementation.
What You Bring
- University degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or any related technical field.
- Interdisciplinary knowledge of IT processes and methodologies and experience understanding and defining workflows and procedures.
- Knowledge of audit, risk and internal control standards.
- Outstanding communication skills towards different stakeholders and levels and strong abilities to communicate with the auditors.
- English is mandatory as it is the day-to-day language at SIX. Spanish would be very beneficial to interact with the colleagues in Spain. German is a plus but not essential.
- It would be a plus you know the business of the post-trading market infrastructures and/or you have relevant experience working in a Big4.
