You are enthusiastic about exciting projects in the financial industry, you enjoy working with internal and external interfaces and you are good at organizing? Then become part of our Trade Repositories IT services team that provides support to the Securities Services area at SIX.
What You Will Do
- gather an overall overview of the TR portfolio of projects and demand and provide the C-level with insights and status of the activities
- develop the role of Project Manager and/or IT coordinator in key activities and projects that contribute to the success of the Securities Services business
- actively participate in the yearly budget process of the projects and IT applications
- support IT Engineering teams with continuous improvement tasks: search of synergies, search of efficiency using new tools or using the existing tools on a different way, coaching them in terms of software development methodology, etc.
- work based in Madrid but within in a multi-location team based in Madrid and Zurich. Availability to travel sporadically
What You Bring
- at least 3 years of experience in project/service management, ideally in the financial industry
- good communication skills as well as systematic and accurate working methods
- open-minded approach, keen on listening and understanding different ways of thinking and reach consensus
- fluent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish. German is also desirable
