Java Software Automation Engineer

You will join the global Service Automation product team that will serve to collect the Service Automation demands within our area, collecting automation use cases, developing shared building blocks with state-of-the-art abstraction / orchestration layer by always keeping a great user experience for our internal customers in mind.
As a Software Automation Engineer, combining with full stack developing, your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of backend services in form of APIs and integrate them into our frontend portal, supporting regular agile releases.
What You Will Do
- work with the team to develop an automation framework that will create an unified customer portal experience improving service quality and time-to-market
- contribute to maintain modern development workflows, as well as CI/CD pipelines
- coding of test cases, unit tests and integration tests
- collaborate with cross-functional product teams to enhance the role and capabilities of automation, utilizing standardized techniques
- assist customers with their automation needs
What You Bring
- minimum 3 years’ of experience in developing in Java (Springboot is a plus), JavaScript (single page application), GoLang
- experience with development and integration of REST APIs
- knowledge in OpenShift, ArgoCD, Ansible and MongoDB will be highly valued
- positive, initiative and result-driven attitude with high sense for quality and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- innovative team player mindset who proactively seeks and successfully implements good solutions
- high english level, both written and spoken
