Are you passionate about HR, Employer Branding and Culture topics? Are you interested in working in an international FinTech environment and helping us shape the future of finance? Then our Culture Team wants to hear from you! 

We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our global HR community for the next 12 months and help us drive our Employer Brand and Diversity strategy in Spain!

You will be providing hands-on support to help implement Employer Branding and Diversity activities locally. You will also be working closely with internal and external partners, such as Talent Acquisition, Communications, partners and local universities.

What You Will Do

  • support in the implementation of local Employer Branding and Diversity activities and help position BME as an employer of choice in Spain 
  • organize external and internal events such as university job fairs and conferences
  • help with the creation and coordination of Social Media and Internal Communications content
  • collaborate in the creation and execution of Employer Branding campaigns and projects by working closely with the Talent Acquisition, Social Media and Communications teams
  • provide support to the Culture Team with Employer Branding, DE&I and Wellbeing topics

What You Bring

  • first experience in Employer Branding/HR or Marketing/Communications with recently completed university education in a related field
  • passion for People, Inclusion and Culture
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills 
  • proactive, creative but also structured mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • very good verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
