Junior Employer Branding Specialist (temporary)

Are you passionate about HR and Employer Branding? Are you interested in having a 1st experience working in an international FinTech environment? Then, our global Employer Branding & Young Talents team wants to hear from you!
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our global HR community for the next 12 months and help us drive our employer brand strategy in Spain! You will be providing hands-on support to help drive our international Employer Branding strategy to the next level. You will also be working closely with internal and external partners, such as our Marketing & Communications team or local universities.
What You Will Do
- support the implementation of our local Employer Branding roadmap and help position BME as an employer of choice in Spain
- organise external events such as university job fairs
- help with the creation and coordination of Social Media content
- collaborate in the creation and execution of Employer Branding campaigns and projects by working closely with the Talent Acquisition, Social Media and Communications teams
- provide ad-hoc support to the Employer Branding & Young Talents team
What You Bring
- first experience in Employer Branding/HR or Marketing/Communications with recently completed superior education in a related field
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills
- proactive, creative but also structured mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- very good verbal and written skills in Spanish and English, German will be a plus
