Junior Settlement Specialist (1 year fixed-term employment)

Do you have experience in custody servicing in the financial sector? Are you interested in learning about the financial markets? Then our Evolutive and Governance team within Settlement Services is waiting to hear from you. We are looking for a person to join us as a Junior Settlement Officer
What You Will Do
- participate in several roles in contact with the European Central Bank
- support to preparation to participate in different workshops both national and international with clients and other stakeholders
- collaborate with other business and technical areas and provide support to day-to-day business
- participation in the design of any change or improvement, as well as participation in different projects
- create statistics and reports to support analysis
- participate in specific T2S configuration for our clients
What You Bring
- bachelor's or higher education degree in Economics, Finance or business IT. Courses or master's degree in financial markets will be valuable too
- knowledge of financial markets and settlement processes, not only national, but also international, especially the European ones, will be especially valued
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial/banking sector in settlement or asset servicing
- Fluent in Spanish and English both oral and written (B2 minimum)
- team player personality with communication skills, high capacity to work in a proactive and autonomous way and organizational skills
