Linux System Engineer

We are looking for a bright mind to help us move forward. You will work in a diverse environment in close cooperation with various business units and both internal and external clients. This role is based in Madrid. You will focus on automation, configuration management, and CI/CD using Ansible, GitLab CI, Linux, and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to drive automation initiatives, support platform deployments, and continuously improve our infrastructure through cloud technologies and infrastructure‑as‑code.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections; operate and enhance AAP environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI) to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.

What You Bring
- Solid hands-on experience with Ansible (3 years) and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab CI, and strong knowledge of Linux OS.
- Very good verbal and written English (and some German, Spanish an advantage).
