Member Services & CRM Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven professional to support both CRM and Member Services activities. The role combines client support, process management, CRM governance and collaboration with business and IT teams, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Provide functional support to internal and external Members across CRM and Member Services activities
- Maintain high-quality client and business data, ensuring accuracy and governance standards.
- Manage user access, onboarding activities and CRM-related administration tasks.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between business users, operations team and IT stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Experience in Client Services, Operations, CRM, Customer Support or similar business functions, with strong member relationship management skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Interest in systems, data management, market operational processes and process optimization.
- Functional knowledge of market operations and standard market messaging processes.
- Native or professional proficiency in Spanish (mandatory). Strong English communication skills and ability to work in an international environment are highly valued.
