In this role, you will join the Application Platform Department Leadership team and foster collaboration with SIX teams across the globe. Are you passionate about coaching, people development and organisational development  ? Do you thrive in an international environment where passion, trust and collaboration are paramount? Do you want to be part of the IT transformation of the Swiss, Spanish and international financial center ?

You will lead a team with about 20 internal employees based in Spain and Switzerland and closely work with the three Product Owners. As People Head of Cloud, Data & Job Automation  you will be responsible for recruitment, development and retention of the team.  You oversee skills and resource management on an operational and strategic level. You will act as a champion for our company culture, support the employees in their career and contribute to the People Head community responsible for over 500 employees worldwide. 

 

 

What You Will Do

  • coach and develop your team in close alignment with the Product Owners to ensure we have the right skills and resources available to achieve our vision
  • lead talent management and be responsible for recruitment and retention of the product team members (internal & external employees)
  • jointly with the Product Owners you organise workshops and manage the vision, mission, strategy and initiatives of your cluster. 
  • take care of all Human Resource related aspects of the team and foster our company’s culture 
  • together with the leadership team you shape the vision, mission and strategy of our department, lead strategic initiatives and represent the department in Project Boards
 

What You Bring 

  • strong team player with 5-7 years of  leadership and coaching experience with excellent communication skills.
  • previous experience in international organisations within the IT, Financial Services or a similar industry
  • motivating personality with good organizational skills, experience with change management initiatives in international teams
  • high cultural understanding & experienced with change management initiatives in international teams
  • good written and spoken English skills.  Spanish or German is a big plus
