 Regulatory Analyst

Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver Regulatory projects? Do you want to use your expertise to help our projects succeed? Apply as a Regulatory Business Analyst to join our Governance & Regulation team.



What You Will Do

  • keep up to date on regulatory evolution in clearing
  • interpretate and understand the reporting requirements (EMIR and SFTR), in the alignment of the ongoing reporting to the EMIR Refit legislation
  • have an active involvement in strategic new business projects providing regulatory compliance input
  • maintain an effective communication and relationship with other departments in the company to develop solutions for their needs and compliant with rules, regulations and Group standards
  • participate in Regulatory International Forums and International Associations overseeing and escalating any delivery challenges on Regulation implementation
  • build and manage an excellent day-to-day professional relationship with regulators, making sure they rely on the entity's compliance and they keep in touch if they have any query or additional requirement, preparing and coordinating responses to regulatory bodies on regulatory questions

What You Bring

  • bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Sciences, Law or similiar. Related courses or master's degree in financial markets will be a plus
  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in Regulatory and Reporting environments within the financial and/or law sectors related to financial regulation or governance
  • solid understanding of financial regulation
  • technical experience with software or tool e.g. JIRA, SQL, VBA or Python will be a plus
  • very good verbal and written skills in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum). German will be an advantage too
