REGIS-TR is the largest European trade repository (TR) for EMIR, and offers services covering SFTR and FinfraG. On this position, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, in a motivated and dynamic environment in which we are responsible for offering as a TR reporting services covering all the major European reporting obligations.

As a Regulatory Data Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by analysing and interpreting data. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, with experience in a regulatory compliance environment.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • analyse and interpret data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • develop and implement data collection and analysis procedures
  • design processes and dataflows
  • identify and communicate areas of non-compliance
  • collaborate with other departments to develop solutions to compliance issues
  • stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly
 

What You Bring

  • bachelor and/or master’s degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration or any Regulatory Compliance studies
  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis. Some experience in a regulatory compliance environment will be highly valued too
  • strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis. Technical knowledge of Excel, Databases, Access, SQL and Macros, will be a plus
  • excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Knowledge of Securities, Foreign Exchange, Money Markets and Derivatives will be highly valued 
  • advanced level of English written and spoken to work in an international environment
