Scrum Master

You will be responsible for acting as Scrum Master for large well-established and geographical distributed DevOps teams running for several years within a larger SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setting. These teams operate in the area of financial market data, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement in a complex and regulated environment.
What You Will Do
- Act as the Scrum Master for 2-3 teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum guidelines and team agreements.
- Support teams/PO in prioritization and in delivering high-quality products efficiently, removing impediments, and protecting the team from external distractions.
- Manage dependencies and align with other teams, managers and stakeholders in the company
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Monitor and report on team performance and agile metrics, using Jira.
- Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Agile certification required (not restricted to Scrum); preference given to SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Pragmatic approach, adapting to the needs of each team and the organization.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience in Software Development or DevOps is highly recommended.
- Previous experience with financial market data and SAFe is preferred.
