We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategic Projects team. Are you a talented professional with a blend of technical experience and business acumen, with an ability to develop innovative strategic solutions using cutting-edge Technology? What You Will Do
- Engage with SMEs from across our businesses and product lines to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet the customer’s needs and influence strategic functional decisions
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, coordinating with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project planning, software testing, implementation, and post Go-Live support
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Finance, Banking, IT, or consultancy
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
- Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within geographically dispersed organizations
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, challenge IT, and possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish
