 Senior IT Product Manager

Then, our global Costs & Vendors team wants to hear from you! We are an engaged and dynamic team responsible for IT infrastructure products, its budgeting and marketing. As a Senior IT Product Manager, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders in an international environment to provide services for SIX global IT infrastructure and operations.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • international responsibility for various IT infrastructure applications in financial matters (budget) and their continuous optimization
  • lead and consult product developments (strategy/roadmap) in collaboration with architecture, projects and subject-matter experts
  • consult and advise project, product and cost center managers on licensing, contracts and budget/costs
  • technical product consulting/contact for external customers (contracting and invoicing)
  • support procurement in vendor/partner negotiations, including RFI/RFP definition (assess partnerships and licensing opportunities)
  • act as a single point of contact for product management (interface between headquarter and international locations) and supervise license audits, showing end-to-end responsibility
 

What You Bring

  • at least 3 years of experience in IT product management, service and/or license management
  • financial competence on controlling, budgeting and charging of services
  • strong analytical skills and good understanding of IT infrastructure architectures, understanding of licensing models and their financial impact
  • technical understanding of connectivity products (API, Messaging, FileTransfer, WebEntry Service), Development Tools, Archiving, Identity and Access Management and Job Scheduling
  • interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a team player, open-minded, innovative and support change personality
  • high level of verbal and written English and Spanish. German will be a plus
