Senior Project Manager

You are enthusiastic about exciting projects in the financial industry, you enjoy working with internal and external interfaces and you are good at organizing? Then become part of our Project Management team.
What You Will Do
- professional management of complex, technical and interdisciplinary projects throughout their life cycle in an agile environment.
- focus on clients needs and end-to-end execution of projects with regard to quality, budget, time, resource and risk.
- building of strong, cross functional teams and enabling them to successfully deliver against the set objectives.
- responsible for risk mitigation as well as for identification and development of opportunities for improvement at both the business and operational levels.
- ensure transparent communication towards all relevant project stakeholders and close cooperation with internal and external customers & partners.
What You Bring
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification (FH, HF, or similar), with 7+ years of experience leading complex projects.
- proven experience in the financial services sector, data-driven businesses, or related industries, combined with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
- strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and work effectively under pressure.
- experience working with Agile methodologies and international cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions while communicating fluently in English (written and spoken).
