You will become a part of the Managed File Transfer (MFT) product team, which is responsible for gathering platform requirements from our business units and stakeholders. This involves collecting automation use cases, developing shared building blocks, and creating a state-of-the-art self-service layer. Throughout this process, our primary focus is to maintain an excellent user experience for our customers.
As a Full Stack Developer your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of backend services in form of APIs and integrate them into our frontend portal, supporting regular agile releases. Your role is pivotal in driving our automation strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives and user needs.
What You Will Do
- be a part of a specialized team that operates and enhances the MFT Platform that enables entire SIX and its clients.
- you contribute to and maintain modern development workflows, as well as CI/CD pipelines
- take end-to-end responsibility for your code in our self-service portal and automation APIs improving service quality and time-to-market
- coding of test cases, unit tests and integration tests
- collaborate with cross-functional product teams to enhance the role and capabilities of automation, utilizing standardized techniques
- level 1 and 2 support (on-call duty)
- help clients address their MFT requirements
What You Bring
- minimum 3 years’ of experience in developing in Java (Springboot is a plus), JavaScript (single page application), GoLang
- experience in the full lifecycle of software development, including technical design and implementation
- knowledge in OpenShift, ArgoCD, Ansible and MongoDB will be highly valued
- positive, initiative and result-driven attitude with high sense for quality and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- innovative team player mindset who proactively seeks and successfully implements good solutions
- fluency in English (verbal and writing)
