As part of SIX IT Infrastructure & Operations, we continuously improve our customer's experience by providing technically mature, sustainable, and up-to-date services. You will contribute to leveraging the full benefits of infrastructure services by driving automation and self-service of infrastructure consumption and operations.
What You Will Do
- develop, define and maintain complex infrastructure platform architectures in an international environment
- drive service automation within IT infrastructure together with the responsible product team to simplify service consumption for our customers
- initiate technical implementation with the specific product teams within IT
- ensure compliance with enterprise architectures and with the guidelines of security, risk, audit and regulations
What You Bring
- several years of experience in infrastructure automation in hybrid environments
- knowledge in software development, infrastructure as code, configuration as code and related methodologies
- knowledge of automation tools (e.g., like VMware vRealize, RedHat Ansible, Crossplane, Scalr and the like) on conceptual and functional level
- ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and break down provisioning processes into automation tasks
- strong analytical skills and an attitude of continuous learning
- very good consulting, collaboration and active listening skills as well as high empathy to achieve a broad agreement with stakeholders at all levels
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English at a business level
