As a SIX Pre Sales Support, you are in a central position to significantly influence the service experience of our prospect and customers located in Italy. Together with your local and global colleagues, you ensure that our customers receive high-quality, competent, and timely support regarding our data, products, and services.

 

What You Will Do

  • support and manage the operational relationship with our customers

  • provide high quality and timely responses to customer requests, ensuring proper end-to-end request handling

  • coverage checks – assessing the degree to which BFI can meet the client requirements in terms of data coverage and functionality as well as providing detailed data mappings between BFIs data structures and the data formats required by clients

  • assuring and monitoring the consistency between data usage declaration reported by the customers and the internal entitlement setup

  • independently manage the full workflow from “prospect to production” for a small customer

What You Bring

  • a minimum of 3 years of experience and proven track record in banking operations and or financial data industry and a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point

  • deep understanding of various financial data asset classes, strong understanding of regulatory settings in the financial industry and enthusiasm to learn about financial markets, data and technical issues around the SIX products and services

  • strong Customer orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills (oral & written English). Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders both locally and globally

  • be a positive minded, curious and motivated self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and by involving other colleagues in the wider team when requirediInterest in continuous learning and development to ensure service excellence and (technical) support across our global product and data portfolio
