In this role, you will independently design solutions in close consultation with both business and IT, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to turn needs into clear, sustainable designs. What You Will Do
- proactively partner with business and product management to identify improvements and opportunities across the domain
- for new projects and changes, design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions based on clear business requirements
- manage stakeholders and communicate plans and milestones throughout delivery
- prepare solution documentation to initiate development and provide guidance to the IT team during development & implementation phase
- define test cases that enable the development team to verify new functionality effectively
What You Bring
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services, including securities settlement and post‑trade processing, plus hands‑on experience in IT development
- ability to quickly learn new tools and IT concepts
- strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint) and comfortable working with Jira
- strong prioritization and troubleshooting skills, with a high level of motivation
- very good communication skills in English (verbal and written), German will be an advantage
