Solution Analyst - Asset Service IT

Are you passionate about working in IT within the financial industry and enjoy collaborating closely with both business and IT stakeholders? In this role, you will design and shape solutions in close partnership with the business and technology teams, using your strong communication and organizational skills. Join our Asset Services IT team and help deliver impactful solutions within the Corporate Actions domain.
What You Will Do
- Proactively liaise with business and product management teams to identify improvements and opportunities
- For new projects and changes prepare scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions based on the business requirements
- Stakeholder management and communicate milestones to the stakeholders
- Prepare solution documents for IT to start development, guide the IT development
- Prepare test case that development team can use to test the new development
- Testing and analyzing the developed code to ensure it meets business requirements and follows all development guidelines and standards
What You Bring
- Relevant professional experience (10+ years) in IT Development along with Solution design.
- Working knowledge in COBOL and Java (Spring Boot framework) & Asset servicing/Corporate Actions business knowledge/experience is required
- Understanding of SWIFT Messaging MT/MX Standard
- Should have the capability to learn new tools and IT concept, as well as set priorities, good trouble shooting skills and high motivation
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Confluence, Share Point etc. Should be also comfortable with Jira
- Very good communication skills in English, German would be a plus
