Are you passionate about Projects? Do you have good organizational skills? Then, we want to hear from you! You help us promote and further grow our SRD II & Proxy Voting Service offering. In our emphatic and dynamic Proxy Voting Service team, you coordinate and support all Proxy Voting related tasks.
What You Will Do
- process and verify global Proxy Voting Instructions
- respond to customer queries in relation to proxy voting
- collaborate with Business Owners, Product Management, IT, etc.
What You Bring
- experience in Proxy Voting Service or Corporate Actions is an advantage
- ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner
- good organizational and time management skills
- providing excellent customer service, communicative personality and joy of interacting with the relevant stakeholders
- careful and exact working method
- very good verbal and written skill in English and German
