Are you ready to work at SIX and join the world of Finance and IT? For our global Employee Lifecycle team, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Specialist payroll to ensure payroll processes, absence management and administrative tasks for the entire HR lifecycle (from entry to exit) for France, Monaco & Benelux.

What You Will Do
• Handle and manage, from end to end, payroll’s processes for France, Monaco & Benelux (payment request, payroll preparation, post payroll, termination payment, payroll activity’ planification…)
• Ensure following of time management and employee movements (sickness, maternity, part time therapy, unions, bank holidays…)
• Manage benefits depending on the local regulation (health insurance, lunch voucher, additional paid days off, cars, other allowances, 13rd month…)
• Establish taxes requirements each month & conduct reporting for the overall activity (social reports, Zurich reporting, mandatory medical visit, taxes, follow seniority and overtime, headcount, DASDU…)
What You Bring
• Master / Certificate in payroll administration.
• Good knowledge of French laws and regulations - Knowledge of Benelux laws and requirements is a plus.
• Service oriented with a very structured, precise and responsible way of working - Team player with a positive « can-do » attitude.
• (Very) good written and spoken English language skills.
