 Sales & Partner Director

The Global Partners team is responsible for the financial information divisions top 60 most strategic and opportunistic partnerships. These partners include channels; which create short and medium-term revenue opportunities, and alliance partnerships; which create longer-term more complex new revenue opportunities. Partner Directors will manage and be accountable for a selected list of strategic partnerships in a specific region and pursue both new and manage existing channels or alliances in line with the region and strategy opening new markets, whilst leveraging data and services assets across the business.



What You Will Do 

  • closely aligned and working directly with c-level and senior leaders across the partner organization to gather a full 360 degree understanding of how these partners are growing and how they will continue to contribute to our growth
  • build and deliver measurable strategic partner growth plans together with commercial directors clearly identifying current areas for growth and new opportunities for growth that will drive new and iterative content and products
  • work closely with the global Strategic Account Management team to understand opportunities across the accounts and how and which partners can better serve them and improve outcomes
  • routinely connect and communicates with other Partner Directors and with the wider sales organization in order to continually track leads and opportunities; routinely connect, communicate and prepared to identify and present to key stakeholders within the organization
  • accountable to grow size and quality of pipeline and increase conversion rates, to progress direct and indirect sales opportunities through pipeline, to track partner performance and maintain accurate records in CRM

What You Bring

  • the successful candidate will offer a good mix of talent, curiosity and tenacity; ideally from a data and financial markets background, the candidate will possess a good knowledge of front and middle office functions with experience of selling into the wealth management, asset management and asset servicing markets
  • a proven ability to engage at c-level, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate and build senior relationships across the partner organization and internally at SIX
  • consultative, customer centric, sales-driven with a hunting mentality, the Partner Director should be delivery and execution focused, demonstrate passion, experience and expertise across SIX’ data and services offering
