This role reports into the Global Head of Product and Commercial Strategy. The purpose of the role is to drive the design of the product & commercial strategy to deliver successful business outcomes in the Americas.  The individual will create innovative partnerships to add to the product suite from a content and technology perspective, working closely with counterparts in the Partnerships, Sales and Technology groups. The role will align with the global strategy of SIX Financial Information and will be able to communicate business and product strategy internally and externally. Key metrics will be a clear product strategy, supported by product profitability, sustainable business success, commercial framework contributions, customer satisfaction, sales and retention. The role requires the development and maintenance of C-Level engagements, strategic partnership and key customer relationships.

 

In addition, this senior representative of SIX Group will perform the role of Local Country Head (LCH).  The LCH is the local SIX Legal Entity Representative and SIX brand ambassador for the Business Unit(s) represented in the country/region. The role is supported by key Corporate Functions such as HR, Risk and Finance. The LCH leads a local Leadership Team for SIX, embeds the SIX Spirit culture and drives high levels of employee engagement as well as customer satisfaction. The LCH has legal accountability for the successful execution and implementation of the tasks and decisions taken by Corporate Functions in their international location. The LCH ensures that local resources meet all laws and regulations applicable in the location. As the SIX Legal Entity Representative the role also has local authorization/duty to sign off accounts with the local auditors. The tasks associated with this role should be achievable on a 10% - 25% basis, on average, and are therefore carried out alongside the product management role.

  • align with the SIX and Financial Information strategy, communicating direction clearly internally and externally
  • build and maintain critical senior customer- and marketplace relationships, helping to build a recognizable brand in the region
  • run the overall operational management of the local entity for SIX
  • be accountable for local compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
