Job Introduction

As part of the SIX Financial Information business unit, our IT organization supports the business functions in the execution of the business strategy by ensuring an efficient and smooth delivery and operation of all IT related services.

Customer satisfaction drives us. Aligning with the business priorities and associated execution roadmap is key. We are accountable for the Quality of the services delivered to our customers with a particular focus on:

  • Maintaining and improving reliability of service delivery to customers
  • Enabling swift and substantiated communication between customers, business, and IT
  • Establishing transparency in making service delivery, service quality and service cost measurable
  • Defining and enforcing our service quality targets

As part of the Financial Information service management team, your role will be to ensure the service Quality of a portfolio of services, with focus on operating, incident management, change management, continuous improvement, service planning, performance metrics and operational level agreements.



What You Will Do

  • Accountable for the service Quality of a portfolio of services
  • Ensure standard operations, monitoring and escalation processes are applied
  • Reactively manage incident resolution with a particular focus on customer pain reduction and transparency
  • Proactively manage improvement and service planning in a forward-looking approach
  • Smooth change management
  • Define and apply performance metrics and reporting

What You Bring


  • Proven working experience in an IT service management role
  • Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle and devops practices
  • Financial information matter expertise, with Market and Reference Data experience
  • IT Education and Experience
  • Ability to deliver results in a complex stakeholder environment
