We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Tokyo office. The role spans office management, general administration, local language administrative support for finance processes, business events coordination, and customer administration tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
What You Will Do
- Office & Facilities Management/Administration
- local language administrative support for finance and HR processes
- customer Administration related tasks
- support Events & Support Staff Engagement
- provide Japanese language support to cross-functional global teams
What You Bring
- past experience in office administration is a plus
- fluent in Japanese and good English communication skills
- strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
