Do you want to work in an agile, self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation are paramount? Become part of our International IT Services APAC team! You will maintain our applications and systems and provide first and second level technical support to our internal and at times external customers as a competent contact person.
What You Will Do
- manage the operation and maintenance of applications, IT systems and services within two data centres and the local office, ensuring their security and compliance supported by respective tools
- provide user support and troubleshoot, resolve application and system incidents coordinating with global teams
- develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our applications, systems and processes and maintain their documentation
- enhance repetitive processes and tasks by automating them where possible
- closely collaborate with internal local and global contacts as well as various external parties
What You Bring
- degree-level education and/or relevant experience and several years’ work experience in IT / system administration or technical support
- solid knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and Linux (RHEL) administration skills as well as know-how in one or more of the following: network, scripting and DB administration
- ability to work in a reliable, responsible, independent and flexible way in a fast-paced environment with strong customer focus and high service orientation, bringing good problem-solving and multitasking skills
- readiness to sometimes work outside the normal working hours
- very good verbal and written Japanese and English
