Join our dynamic Customer Experience team and contribute to the development of SIX Flex, a high-volume data delivery platform that distributes structured financial information to clients worldwide. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our data services by applying your expertise in financial instruments, data modeling, and business analysis.
What You Will Do
- analyze and design data models to ensure accurate and complete delivery of financial data through SIX Flex, Web APIs, and cloud-based products
- collaborate with Product and Content Managers to translate customer needs into actionable data solutions
- conduct studies, pre-analyses, and create detailed functional specifications for new data content and enhancements
- design and maintain data models with a strong focus on financial instruments and market structures
- lead and support projects including standardization, data migration, and testing activities in an international environment
What You Bring
- strong understanding of financial markets, including key players, instruments, trading mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks
- deep knowledge of various financial instruments such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives, indices, FX, and ESG-related data
- passion for becoming a subject matter expert across multiple asset classes and financial data domains and ability to monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product improvement
- proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data modelling tools (e.g., Eclipse), version control systems (e.g., GIT), and development environments (e.g., IntelliJ)
- fluent in English, French speaking appreciated
