Business Analyst

Are you passionate about market data compliance and eager to be part of the financial markets ecosystem? Do you excel in communication, influencing stakeholders, and driving meaningful change? We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our team at SIX Financial Information. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of our entitlement platforms by gathering and documenting requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating across the organization to deliver measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with user groups and the Customer Experience team, and collaborate with Product Development, Compliance, Customer Support and Operations, Project Management and Architecture. You may also engage with external partners to integrate their solutions into our platforms.
This is a full-time position based in Warsaw, with up to 40% remote work as part of our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and support delivery through backlog refinement and business acceptance testing.
- Maintain and enhance platform data configurations and data lineage relevant to entitlement and authorization processes.
- Analyze and improve cross-team processes related to platform operations and customer onboarding, with a focus on standardization, automation, and efficiency.
- Provide functional support to internal and external users on entitlement topics and contribute to systematic data quality and consistency checks across connected platforms.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher), including the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- 3 or more years of experience in financial services as a Business or Data Analyst, ideally in a market data or compliance-related environment.

- Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills
- Solid data analysis capabilities (advanced Excel; SQL is a plus)
