Cloud Data Engineer

Join our dynamic DataCloud team, where we innovate and experiment with cloud-based data solutions. We make historical data accessible on Snowflake through an Azure-based platform, empowering clients to query and interact with data on their own terms. If you’re excited about pushing the boundaries of cloud technology and enabling powerful data-driven insights, this is the team for you.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud technologies such as Azure, Snowflake, ADF, ADLS, Databricks, ADO.
- Work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Continuously optimize and enhance data pipelines and architectures based on feedback and emerging technologies.
What You Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on production experience with:
- Databricks using Python, PySpark, and SQL, or
- Snowflake with a strong data engineering focus.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred, GCP, or AWS).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
