What You Will Do
- Contribute to strengthening Compliance Culture and Governance in our Warsaw office
- Assist with the coordination and administration of Compliance training activities
- Respond to internal queries and provide timely support to stakeholders
- Participate in both local and global Compliance projects and initiatives
- Support the team with day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in related area
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German or Spanish) is an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in working with people
